4. Purchases and Payments

All course purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated price to your selected payment method. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time; however, any price change will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all paid courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be honored. Free courses are not eligible for refunds.

6. Course Access and License

Upon purchase or free enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the course content for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not share, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly display any course content. Course access is tied to your individual account and may not be transferred to another person.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of LearnPodcasting.Pro or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LearnPodcasting.Pro does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Results from applying course content may vary and are not guaranteed.
